Total War series from Creative Assembly. Though Rome II was a huge fail, Attilla is much better, and Medieval II : Total War - Kingdoms was just excellent.
Stainless Steel and Third Age mods for it are just great.

Also - Dragon Age: Origins and Witcher. All hyped for Witcher 3 coming out soon atm.
