You're welcome. As far as I am checking OTRS I see that the difference for sure is customization. Looks like you can do it in OTRS but it's not so easy like in livechat.

I don't know OTRS at all so i can't compare it with LiveChat. But I see in appstore that there is also app for OTRS so who knows - maybe it will be better for you. But here you can find differences between paid OTRS and the paid one...

Yes but it requires email notifications to be enabled. While i have couple of emails on my phone and tablet (private, work, freelance) i hate email notifications. But yea it can be not a problem to someone else :) I just like the LiveChat app - it's made very good.

Not really. You can find livechat with ticketing system. It will put your clients in line. In worst case you can answer your clients from your smartphone or tablet. Check livechatinc.com - they have nice apps for iOS and android devices.

I use a lot facebook pages app on my iphone. But the most loved app by me is Wunderlist. I love this reminder and how I am getting notification on my phone or computer. It doesn't matter which one I am using - I am always up to date with things which i should remember :)
