Your account activation was delayed since you used a proxy while making the order.
The issue was discussed with you and finally your account is activated already.

In case you have any issue, you can submit a support ticket.

again it is down and very slow all days of week this is no professional host! i want my refund and my files back no one replies more than 24 hours very bad not recommended

There was small issue with nginx which was resolved in time.
If you feel you are not satisfied with our services, you can submit a cancellation+refund request via support ticket.
However, minor issues may occur on server and you should keep some patience as our time zones are different and sometimes it may take more time to reply in support tickets.

yes, we are aware of this issue and we are setting up one more server for shared hosting.
it will be resolved permanently. :)

it will be resolved permanently. :)

1 week now your hosting is down i have lost all my traffic because of this i will never use you estrowebservices terrible support and terrible hosting i was lucky to take a backup and transfer 1 domain to other hosting provider (scopehosts) here but it is same down like you

You should not keep running here and there for small issues ! You should not change host too frequently and keep faith in your current host.
We have a fairly good support but YES, its not an enterprise level support and we can't provide an Enterprise level 24x7 support for such minimal hosting fees.
We provides quality and affordable web hosting service with fairly good support (generally all tickets are resolved within 24 hours + support over phone, Skype, live chat,email) and our clients like our services.

Unfortunately, we have had this network issue due to a misconfiguration in network edge router while it was being upgraded (first issue in last 2 years) and it was also resolved in time and now all servers are stable. Minor issues can happen with any host (I even saw Wjunction down for so many hours) but you should NOT change host in seconds.

Stop telling me and threat me like a idiot that i should keep faith to your host and that was some small issues, 1 week the problems is happening not contact me anymore i am not going to have work with you, nobody cant reach you from Skype 24 hours the link i posted you tell the opinion from other people for me your not provide anything quality this is my opinion and remains

I assure you our hosting packages work great. Our servers are fast, stable and reliable. :)
We are also soon going to upgrade some of our servers to higher configuration.

I used this service for 2-3 months, then later switched to own dedicated server as it was down for some time and they call it DDOS which wasn't the case.

Looks like I was lucky, but earlier this site support was really good.
