error after installing a mod.

hello, i have installed the donation mod,
i first did this in wamp and everything was working fine.

but now i have installed on my forum online.

after i click on the donation button i see these lines in the header.

everything works only i see this in the header.
can someone help me to tell what can be the problem?
i have looked at those lines but they are still the same as before as i didn't edit something on those lines.
i'm also sure i installed the mod correctly.

yes i did that,it isn't the first mod i installed so i know u need to purge the cache.
but on the index the header is fine it is only after i clicked on the donate button and i am on the donate page i see those errors.

i googled it but i can not find a explaination for the error.
and in wamp everything was working fine.

so u have any idea from where this problem comes?

Which donation mod was it? Some don't work.

error after installing a mod

I keep getting the same error every time I install the Member Teams mod. When I click on the Member Teams link in my header, I get:Error: load_template./skin_cache/cacheid_2/skin_teams.php: failed to open stream: No such file or directoryWhen installing the Mod, I have everything set to CHMOD 777 and still, it does not update my skin Can anybody help me?

u have uploaded all files that were included with the mod to the correct directories on your server?
becasue it says: No such file or directory
