Glad to see it's working fine now for everyone. The crash was actually caused by a bug within the FileInfo class in .NET. If anyone bumps into any other bugs please do report them, thanks.

Sounds like something corrupted your config file. Close the program, go to:

C:\Users\*account-name*\AppData\Local\EpicImageHost

Delete all files/folders within the EpicImageHost folder.
