So far with them:

Cons:
1. They are rude as fuck
2. It took them over 2 weeks to upgrade my server to a 8 GIG Ram & 1 TB Disk Space.
3. If you want a Direct Admin license from them it will take over 2 weeks just to get it.
4. They are worser than GoDaddy's Customer Service.
5. Won't help you solve a simple problem, you have to do it yourself.
6. If there's a problem with your server they will tell you to Google it.
7. Their support sucks.

Pros:
1. Excellent Server Specs
2. Good prices
3. Speed is excellent
4. Server are really fast
5. Good for Warez & Nulled Script site
6. The moment you buy your server they send it in less than 60 minutes or 2 hrs. I got mine in 10 minutes.
7. The only downtime I had was when Ecatel had the international bandwidth problem.

Final Conclusion:

If you need a server offshore, I would really recommend them. Their speed & server are excellent for the price. Just don't rely for support from them. I would give them a 8.5 out of 10. They would get 10 but they lack of support. Most people looks for speed and server specs, not support. But just telling you. I would suggest you get them.

+ There site's always under maintenane because they can scam people with all sort's of prices.

That's why I suggest you all post ecatel offers here so no one on this forum get's scammed by 'em.

I just needed a server on fast line, so I took the cheapest 1 gbps server from Ecatel a month ago. Took them 6 hours to send me the invoice, but well, it was during holidays, they said they are short on staff and they're sorry... I can live with that.

Server was really delivered within 1 hour after I sent the payment and they even asked me how I want my system to be installed.

While I was exploring their NOCManager, I accidentally sent the technician to reboot my server (expected some confirmation there ^^). I created a ticket in their support system and told them that they can cancel my reboot request. The guy answered that technician already rebooted it, so he can't cancel it and said that if I have some difficulties and it doesn't boot, he'll send another one :)

I didn't need any support since then. So far after a month of using Ecatel, I'm satisfied.
