half of my films have disappeared from my account, what is happening?
I thought that I could trust the duckload to keep my videos ... everyday files disappear from my account, how is it possible? these files were not exposed to any site, they were just stored in my account.
what is happening?
sr.duck answer me.
 
I have premium account, my files should be online forever ...
If the processing and erase the files without warning, then I fail to use the host.

Like we wrote once in this topic, currently we're working on some backup plans, which will probably come with the next update.

More respect or you will be banned , i did not talk with you and did not ask you so better if you did not answer me because my message was clear and was for Duckload
