Download. The world's not ready for streaming yet. Sites don't have the proper quality and even if they did, the end-user's speed wouldn't suffice.

I do both. I rather download films, music and such but I would rather stream anime...
For me streaming anime is easier and better for my needs but I will download and burn movies and music to DVD's and CD's...

I myself have 3 2TB external HDD's and one 640GB external HDD... I still stream things... Space has nothing to do with it.

Both. Good TV shows or movies have to be downloaded. Streaming is great if you just want to kill some time. I usually stream comedy shows like Fawlty Towers (hilarious!) or more recently Curb.
