We use openvz so Package 1 gets 1 core , Package 2 gets 2 core ect.

How ever you are only allowed 15% of the HW Nodes CPU for 15 mins / Less.

After a big discussion with SolusVM we figured out why All our NL nodes have been crashing every 3-4 days. It was due to the port limiting function so to keep uptime to max possible I removed the limits node wide however Our Network usage policy Still applies.

If your found to be abusing the port we'll limit your bandwidth to 2TB.
