I thought NetU was hosted in Russia as the site is run by Russians.
Regarding Dood, I said "hosted in USA as per plaintiff's claim". I hope you read properly before acting smartass. I don't think the plaintiff like WARNER BROS, APPLE & NETFLIX didn't hire rookie techie like you before filing the case claiming it being hosted in USA.
My best guess is OVH-France might just be reverse proxy.

Exactly. First all Indian Traffic Blocked.
Now... looks like they are gonna shutdown forever.
Dood was one of the best paying with high speed network video host.
Till date NO ONE has come to even closer to them in terms of rates, payment schedule and network speed.

he uses several providers, the one he uses the most is Ukrainian AS6849 like this one s1[1-12].netu.ac, s13.netu.ac is Fdcservers [NL] he uses a large number of providers, so I would advise you not to pretend to be smart cuz u only look like clown..

i use filemoon now, netu was okay as dmca ignore, that's the only thing that was good about this player, everyone else is deleting for dmca like crazy..
filemoon is good, nice quality, UI, no bugs when u try play video.. I haven't received a dmca for a long time, I hope it stays all time like that xD
