Estimado Cliente,

Este email tiene como fin informarle que lamentablemente DonkieHost no puede seguir proporcionando sus servicios.
Si usted tiene una cuenta de alojamiento web o reseller, dispone de 7 días a partir del envío de este email para realizar un respaldo de la misma (*) o proporcionarle los datos de acceso al cPanel a la empresa que usted decida cambiarse para que le realicen la transferencia de cuenta.

(*) Para realizar un respaldo completo de su cuenta, inicie sesión en el cPanel y diríjase a la opción "Respaldos", allí haga clic en el botón "Descargar o Generar un Respaldo Completo". En destino del respaldo seleccione Directorio Home y haga clic en el botón "Generar Respaldo". Una vez que se haya completado, podrá descargar el archivo de respaldo desde FTP o mediante el administrador de archivos del cPanel.

Adicionalmente se ha realizado un respaldo completo de todas las cuentas que estarán disponibles durante 15 días a partir del envío de este email, en caso de que usted lo necesite puede enviarnos un email a adminstracion@donkiehost.com indicando el nombre de usuario de cPanel. Es importante que el email sea enviado desde la cuenta de correo que ha utilizado para registrarse como cliente en DonkieHost, de lo contrario no será proporcionado.

Si usted tiene registrado un dominio con nosotros, recibirá otro email en un máximo de 24 horas donde se le indicará una contraseña de acceso a un panel proporcionado por el registrar y en el cual podrá administrar su dominio. Este panel estará siempre disponible para usted.
En caso de que desee transferir el dominio hacia otro registrar, por favor envíenos un email a administracion@donkiehost.com con el mismo correo que utilizó para registrarse como cliente e indique el dominio a transferir. Nosotros le responderemos con el código EPP para que pueda iniciar el proceso de transferencia.
Tenga en cuenta que para poder transferir un dominio, el mismo debe haber sido registrado o transferido por última vez hace más de 60 días.

Si usted tiene contratado un servidor dedicado, recibirá otro email en un máximo de 24 horas con más información.

Sabemos las molestias que esto le pueda ocasionar, pero esperamos que pueda comprender que hemos hecho todo lo posible para poder continuar, sin tener éxito por más que hemos enviado a PayPal toda la documentación necesaria para el desbloqueo de la cuenta, cerramos nuestras puertas con la tranquilidad sabiendo que ningún cliente perderá todo el trabajo que cuesta realizar un sitio web.

Can U tell Us wich services will be shuted down ?
are only hosting afected or RL to ?
Is this the end of the company then I cant acces the client area ?!?

some explaination and infos in english will be nice .

Dear Customer,

This email is intended to inform you that unfortunately DonkieHost can no longer provide their services.
If you have a hosting account or reseller, you have 7 days from sending this email to make a backup of it (*) or provide data access to cPanel to the company you choose will be changed to perform the account transfer.

(*) To make a complete backup of your account, login to cPanel and go to the "Backup", there click on the "Download or Generate a Full Backup." In your backup select Home Directory and click the button "Generate Backup". Once completed, you can download the backup file from FTP or through the cPanel file manager.

We know the inconvenience this may cause, but hopefully you understand that we have done everything possible to continue without success even though we have sent all necessary documentation PayPal for unlocking the account, we close our doors to peace of mind knowing that no customer will lose all the work it takes to make a website.

it is a long time that the website is in maintenance. How could we extend our RL services? And on way to login to the client area... No explains?

Yes, we have to close because all our funds were in PayPal that was our main payment processor, so that we can not continue paying our servers.
Unfortunately you should look for another company.

Same here,it will be a hard job to find a replacment RL.
donkie has provided a great service in all points (support,uptime,update's...) it was worth every cent that we payed.

anyone have any idea ? we must continue our way, of course we are very sad to leaving DonkieHost, but this is the life like the sun sunrise but the sun set should come
