Hey as you can see from image below:

This just appeared like this and not entirely sure why

Other sites don't have 2 options does this damage SEO having two options or not?

i dont see why not, the url is working. you will get an error in search console if google was unable to fetch or read the sitemap
It's so weird all of a sudden GSC graph went flat

I don't think it will affect your seo because http://www and https://www are redirecting to your main url, so google don't have duplicate URLs. no simple answer because google is not simple.

You are get answer on my first reply your traffic is redirect good.
You can always try on google to check site with https or without or with www if they show mixed is not good but now i am check and all looks fine all url is https
Only one thing is not your main domain is removed from google, my suggestion is to change domain tld

At lumendatabase.org, but you can click it at removed google searches of your site and see from where one article is deleted including your site.

I had same issue like you with http and https, but at that time SEO of my site was fcked up so I don't know if it affect it or not. But logically it won't affect it, just keep as your property https://.

I checked one of your reports on Lumen DB and they largely hit your domain with false DCMA, they didnt even list 1 works they hold rights for.

The purpose of the DMCA was to cripple your site on google hitting pages, categories, sections, main tags etc, making it a lot harder to get indexed.

you should have an option to submit false claim on gsc, if the person who submited the dmca don't reply your site gets reindex back I think (somethink like this).

someone really hates you man.

That is fine, I never give up. Losers give up!

I think both should be added in webmaster tools, but your hosting should re-direct all requests to https, so very little should show up in HTTP, maybe some backlinks or incoming traffic?
Enabling HTTP2 and TLS1.3 protocols may help your site.

did you add rankmath seo plugin? its also cause this. just delete property with https in it. universal domain name property works fine :)

Can you be more specific because I have same problem.
Thanks
