you should receive an email from google search console if your register on there and there should an option to file counter notice. I think if the dmca sender don't reply in certain amount of time your url gets reinstated automatically but I can't say for sure.

I can't find that bcs is little bit older and i got on search console around 2k links daily...

@imm Pornkind is still getting 25-30k daily thankfully I submit to Yandex / duckduckgo + bing so not point bothering with Google hopefully in future they won't be #1 search engine <- I think this is likely
