They are an 80's cartoons. But only got 14 episodes and was discontinued due to budget shortage.

WOW! I had a few of those action figures as a kid. Haven't seen these cartoons mentioned in quite some time. I recall the visionaries were enemies to the GI Joe (in my childhood home, at least).
