The worst hosting i have ever seen... bought a windows vps and it restarts every 1 or 2 hours , i loose all my data , extremely slow and lagging vps servers

never buy them and they do not give refund

they are wasting my time trying to convenience me that they have improved.

in short , STAY AWAY FROM MOCHAHOST

Have you tried contacting MochaHost support? Perhaps you're just on a bad node.
 
Yeah Cool Buy you right i don't Like Mocha host some times ago i used web hosting services of Macho but i have face some issue .. but now i buy web hosting with Webhostpakistan.com and last three month i used their services no one found any error in webhostpakistan.com web hosting services ..
 
So before screaming about a host, where is your proof?

Threads like these are not verified but will harm the reputation of a host. Most of the time threads like this are made by very unskillful 'webmasters'.

Advice: Post proof, then proceed crying.
 
"You could test this host to see if that's true" Come on that's silly, All he is asking for is some proof that he is actually a client with them. People can claim to be a client with a host and write bad reviews but they could be a competitor it does happen. At least with some proof people who might stumble on this from google will know its real and will stay away from them.
