I wouldn't go zpanel. It has security issues and the developers aren't exactly wiling to address it. Kloxo is a better option.

Doesn't the host have 24/7 support? You should have gone with one that does. It could be a host issue. It could be an issue with the node. Best idea is to contact them. It could be a neighbor causing issues. Who knows.

If you are only running RAID1 with 2 disks, this is clearly the problem. You are IO bound. With 64GB of RAM, your KVM node will well run out of CPU before it even fills up the RAM. Shouldn't build it like that.
