You could allow SSH access, and having it secured.

Go to WHM, and click on "enable ssh access" than click "JAILED SHELL" this would allow the user to only be inside his home directory, and not be able to go outside it, also if you want I can help you disable commands that you don't want them to use via ssh.

like uptime, who, and various other things, which would only allow root access to use.

It's very secure, I normally charge an extra $2-5 a month to enable ssh, and if people need it that bad they normally pay and it's not any bigger risk than cpanel when setup this way.

Ok. I contracted a Hosting plan with those guys. Later (when the site gets open), i'll tell u about what was my experience with this host! ;)
