hi , wanted to know if i use xen vps , am i allowed to use vcore 100% all the time ?? as far as i know xen cpu utilization is not shared and doesn't affect other users ..clear me if i'm wrong .. so can i use 100% all the time (xen vps) ??

my chicago xen vps experience :- 1. download speeds are 20-60 MB/s , pretty great .. 2. upload speeds are never more than 800 KB/s (tried with many many worldwide locations ).. whats wrong with this ?? my upload speeds are being limited ?? created a ticket , waiting for the reply ...

no , i got the os from the os template , so lamp came preinstalled :) and yes i am not able to manage the vps myself............thats why its called learning..its my first time for any vps....thats why i am asking you guys and google :)

ok guys i am new to this stuff so help me..... i got my vps with an ip address , with debian 6.0 , LAMP is already installed as said by my host.... there is no control panel installed , only ssh access.. how do i assign my domain name to the ip address ..

no dude never , if you will use encrypted/tunnel/vps/etc ways isp's cant control your traffic.. so nothing will change except the fact that getting contents will be harder.
