Frankly, you are wasting your time with this platform...
The support responds once a day (if you're lucky), or even they go so far as to put your request as "solved" without giving you an answer - as was my case (LGT-PRH-J8YM).
A broken service, unable to connect via FTP because someone decided you need to be whitelisted (that doesn't make sense), but the option that allows you to whitelist your IP no longer/does not exist.
But no one on this platform seems to care...
