Thats the difference between USA Server and German Server
Though its not written in their TOS seperately for german and usa server and i do not blame them for copy a tos of another company or of their partner company.
I am not a customer of this hoster!!!
But i had already some hosters where even the support is fine after some time it will reduce and suddenly you got transferred from one to another server etc.....

Yes, i think you have said it all, don't worry about it, it really dosen't matter as long as the server can keep the client's satisfied.
And the reason im banned in DigitalPoints is not because i scammed, i'd show you my infractions , but i can't since im banned. It's mainly due to PM Advertisting. Which i shoudn't have done.
