Pretty sure DDLShark is owned by Phaze? They've have quite a few issues lately with their ddl websites.. I don't think it's dead though

hex owned/created ddlshark ages ago, i used to code stuff for him back in the day.

I had downloadheaven.net back then, good forum though. Same time as when he started ddlshark, we became close partners. Then my servers got stolen O_o (lol)
