    basicly it's no good voor seo, they all do it. But had discussion with jente lately and it seems that google indexes all pages as quick. rather the topic title is in the url or not. trust me, the biggest forum around hasn't, (warez-bb) , look up warez in google, and first result are them.

    Staff is a bitch to find. There are plenty of forums, so plenty of choice. Plus, a good and dedicated super moderator, mostly has the knowledge to start his own board, and some do so. Others have ambition and go to big forums and try to become staff there. Respect and rewards will be much bigger...
