looks like they r back.. but believe me folks. it was the 3rd Downtime in just 3days...

EDIT: ok they are Down again... i hope they come back & fix the problem soon

I am contacting the datacenter as I am typing this. I am awaiting there response to this issue. This is truly unacceptable, and I apologize. I am on MSN and live chat right now on the site if anyone wants to talk. There will be compensation given for this unfortunate outage.

Edit: he already mentioned why there was downtime in past three days, but this is out of his control. In addition, which company gives you a bullet proof running site?

The server is back online.
I will be taking a look at the logs and finding out what the issue was, as well as installing some new monitoring software.
 
I wasn't checking on my site often but i didn't notice any downtime. Had this hosting almost 2 months now and only had 2 minor problems that were solved pretty fast.

Keep up the good work :)

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
Please understand that I am not the type of person that will run away and leave everyone in the dark.
Also, I'm restarting server again after installing some new software.

Update: Server is back online after the restart. Ran a few scans, and found a reseller who was selling accounts using the "host whatever you want" scheme. Almost every account had DDos shells, mass mailers, ect. All have been taken care of now. This will be the last downtime.

Update 2: Doing some more work on server 1. The server will be up and down for the next hour. Please bare with me while I work with the datacenter on this.

Update 3: After a heavy DDos attack, the server is back online and working. This should be the last of the downtime.

Woooops maybe should of checked the last pages before buying Re seller .But all together the thread seems to have good feedback .

you r keep posting this for last 4days... i dont know how u guys survive a year. must be lying..

you should try to fix this permanently.......
 
Wrestledld, how does hosting suck? Yes, we have had issues for the past 2 days on and off. However you have to understand that every host has problems once in a while. We have another server that is full of clients and has over 40 days of uptime. Even though there has been problems we have stood here and fixed them, instead of running away like the majority of people do. I have not left you in the dark like other people would have, either. If you don't believe we have lasted for a year check our whois. I can also show you a thread on another forum that's post date is from April of 2010. Unlike other people who claim things, I can provide proof.

The reason why the server was down, was because someone uploaded a DDos shell and was attacking IP's. I found the shell and deleted it. Shortly after that CloudShadow's website was under heavy DDos attack.

The issues seem to be solved now, however I will keep monitoring the server and sites.
 
I believe it was targeted because your site was the only one with so many processes.

Today everything has been running smoothly without issues on server 1.
Server 3 is still chugging along working up to it's 48th day of uptime.
