Hi,

I have just some question :

what is the version of PHP, MSQL, and Apache ???
is is the ionCube loaders for PHP installed or not ?
is mod_Rewrite enabled ?
Are you allow warez linking ?
what about DMCA ?

Thanx

PS: Are you Guarante that no more Downtime, bcz the most of hosting company said that its just an Update, and every downtime its just an update ...

Hi Sliman,

Our PHP version is: 5.2.17 (Not many scripts are ready to use 5.3.x version of PHP. That's why we use 5.2.x)

Our MySQL version is: 5.0.92
We do not use straight Apache for our webserver. We use a plugin called cPnginx (http://cpnginx.com/) We are using the latest version (5.0) of that plugin.

Mod_rewrite is enabled.

Yes, we do allow warez linking.

We do not enforce DMCA's.

By viewing our live server status page (http://www.daringhost.com/billing/serverstatus.php) you can our uptime of our servers. We understand that downtime is very costly to our clients. We run CloudLinux (http://www.cloudlinux.com/) which limits the amount of resources an individual account can use. This prevents one account from abusing all the server resources and taking the server offline. We also are using software called KSplice (http://www.ksplice.com/) This lets us run operating system updates without restarting the server. Of course data centers do run updates and maintenance on there systems, but we do everything in our power to prevent downtimes on our end.

Hello,

cPnginx puts Apache, cPanel, and Nginx all together. This lets pages load faster, and lets more visitors view your websites without the server load getting high. Any scripts that require Apache will still run because Apache is still there.

Regards.

Do you have IonCube installed on the server? I've been looking for a good host to resell for and you guys seem reliable. I just need IonCube for WHMCS.

Hi Zaertix,

Yes, we do have IonCube installed. We have a few clients running WHMCS on our servers without issues.

Hope this helped. If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.

Regards.

I see that Server1 is down recently and server3 befor 16 day .... :(

But the server load of the both is good :)

What is wrong with the server?
Since the new nameserver has been added i have been getting some errors. And now, half of my posts on the blog are missing and the theme is gone too.

Edit: Problem solved but please respond to my tickets.

@ Alan Smith 23 - Thank you for your order, it has been activated.

@ Slimam - We did some maintenance on Server 1. As Mark said it was all on our blog. We installed Cloud Linux, KSplice, and a few scripts. Server load will now be more controlled. As you can see in the screen shot I will attach below it has not been over 1.62 in the past 11 hours after maintenance.

@ Outbreak - The nameserver you added was meant for clients on server 1. You are on server 3. That is what caused that issue. I have responded to your ticket.

@ Didee - At the moment we do not have any plans for going into VPS's because of the price of servers in Russia. Server prices are way to expensive to sell VPS's. We probably wouldn't break even with costs.

@ Mark96 - Thank you. Very much appreciated.

@ All - Here is the server load log for the past 11 hours after maintenance. Load has not gone above 1.62. The average load is below 1.00.
