I writed to them that I want refund, they said to me that they give refunds only to new clients, but they missed something - I paid for hosting and they dosent give me what I pay for, so - PayPal dispute and fuck them./..

Thank god that I made backup before this shit come out.

I have written to CrunchHost and asked them to come here and give you guys "some sort of update". It's only right that they should because it's now Monday, and you all obviously want to know whats going on. Hopefully they'll come soon and leave a message for you all. :-(

Well I'm a new client so glad to hear I can get a refund. How did you contact them?

guys I am not here to hurt anyone. But how do you call yourselves a webmaster when u don't take regular backups and store it in your local pc and some of them even register domains with them. Always go for godaddy etc which is more trusted

Yes, I was with crunchhost before. They were very good. Since I took the backup regularly, I am running my site with another host without any problems now apart from 2 days for downtime. If they come back it is really good but what if they don't ?

I agree. I also made a backup, Thank God! But i was dumb and also bought the domain from them. But i talked to bigrock/directi (the domain registrar which crunchhost used) a few days ago and told them about this case. The told me to write to compliance@publicdomainregistry.com.
Today i received an email that crunchhost has 48 hours to assist me or they will.
I replied that this is inacceptable and i just want the epp code. Let's see what will happen.

wow, what is wrong with the host. I sent many emails to there support crew and none of responded back . Getting pretty irritated as it's been down for awhile now and no one responds back. I bought a one month again and the second day it goes down, not good. I want a refund back no matter what. I loved this host but it's getting pretty suspicious about them going down for a week now.

This is unacceptable! So much time offline without any support. Opened a dispute on paypal. If your servers went offline, YOU must update your users about the real situation. I thought crunchost was a great ans stable hosting company, but as far as i can see, this host had too many weak sides...

Hi,
If you've been following the thread, you'll know that I asked CrunchHost to give us some response back regarding the progress of the restoration of the server / web hosting service.
Last night, CrunchHost replied to me, and I will just relay what they said to me - to you.
I am just acting like a messenger - I do not represent CrunchHost. :-)

After reading their comments to me, it seems that will take a bit longer to get everything working again. Not on CrunchHost's side, but on their server providers side. Apparently the staff at the datacenter that were working on their behalf weren't available to sort out the problems yesterday and get everything working again. They will contact CrunchHost as soon as they are available.

(We can only hope that it will be today)

Like they say - "Don't shoot the messenger" :P lol

Big News Guys!

The compliance team of publicdomainregistry.com finally generated new login data for http://crunchhost.myorderbox.com for me. :) Now I am able to manage name servers or to transfer the domain, cause i can see the epp code now.

I also wrote with sadi for some days now. This is his actual statement:

...you need to contact moustafa for that.

I sold CH, and i am helping him to sort out, but i cant be resposible for his shit.

When CH was mine, i offered one of the best services in WJ, and i didnt want to get it less, this is the reason i sold, it i will go abroad and i didnt had time, now i am only 1-2 hours online because i am so busy, but the new owner screed it, he is still asking me to fix his problems, and this is what i am doding calling the server provider but they assholes are not replying me they are just moving me from department to department.

Dude for further information contact moustafa, also he is doing his big mistake that is not keeping updaate wj.. and i cant talk in there as i am baned .. pfff

I am really so sorry for this mess :(

So i think this hole thing will take much longer then expected. :( But now i can finally go to a new host, KnownSRV i think and then i am out of this mess!
