also a question, how long are files kept for premium accounts? and for free accounts?

also another question, what video formats do you allow streaming with? Like embed streaming for mp4, avi, wmv files? kinda like openload.co does maybe or no?

Added after 3 minutes:

account has been upgraded romcow, we keep premium user files forever and for free accounts its 30 days from last download. We currently do not do video streaming however are looking into adding this function.

Question For PPD plan:

1. Max earn download count from same ip/24 is ??
2. Why PPD affiliate plan not appear on site?

account is upgraded, 1. max per ip in 24 hour time frame is the most they could every download in a 24 hour time frame or .10 2. PPD plan is changeable once you have your account and access it via "My Account" for further information on plans and payouts please see this link CloudShares.net - Easy way to share your files

We have the following new file server back online and faster than ever.

you can use ftp as well for large transfers asgard.cloudshares.net is the host name. Thanks guys.

PPS is the top payout for the last two months for the top 5 uploaders.

my payout is not counting perfect

I was request on 12sep in the morning, and the earning was 0.05 at movement.

now counted the earning 12 sep to 16sep it is 17$, but payout account has only 15.32 please check and solve . this is not good for me. I think stats has some isue

please count the earning after payout request and solve the problem

payouts are counting correctly and always have been. Downloads have been tested and count exactly as they should. Stats do not have any issue.

We do count multiple downloads as mentioned. You can easily test this and verify.

my payout earning is not counted same as in reported stats counted

please check it I have calculat the earning
