Sometimes you have to restart the upload for good speed.. it sometimes selects bad server when uploading your file.

we have put your account at premium. For upload it depends on where you are uploading from. We have some new servers that were bringing online as well that will help with the speed as well for the U.S and NL/FR regions. Please let me know where you are uploading from.

Was there a server failure?

I have had lots of files deleted and my account is premium. I didnt receive any DMCA deletion emails either.
 
File I uploaded last night is showing no D/Ls in the stats all day but that can't be right. I have received a sale from the file and also I downloaded it to completion myself from the link I embedded. Not a big deal since we are all PPS, but knowing the popularity of files can be helpful.

no problem, I did look at our stats for downloads and it showed proper downloads as a user so it seems to be ok. As you said if you want me to assist further please PM me.

we start processing payments within 48 hours, as we receive alot of requests we get them completed as fast as we can. We have actually been paying every 24 hours lately. Depending on the amounts and how the payout is requested it can take longer but we do start payments within 48 hours.
