@thespacerouge I think your problem is personal i am made test now from my localhost and download is okay 1,634 KB/s - 37.5 MB of 437 MB, 4 mins left this is avg download speed

I only download the file = 250-300 kb
If this file download many users 5-10-20 users = 200-300 kbps
Maybe is for my IP of latin america and the ISP reduce the speed
but think also that cloudminded reduce equal for that before the speed is ok
I have 15 mbps with my ISP.
15 /8 = 1.8 mbps = and download to 300k
before arrive to 2 mbps with IDM

The connection between Holadnia and France is down. Tracerouting goes a long way through strange routers, which is why the speed is so low. I can not do anything about it. We have to wait until they online.net fix the problem

It's not an option right now. Country groups are determined by income from these countries. Argentina, Chile and Colombia are in low tier here. It might be possible if we had more traffic from these countries.
