It's great that you are focused on your premium users, but you are missing on a lot of new users thanks to that.

By default, all the users are on PPS and PPD both...

Same thing today, upload speed very very very slow and this are when the upload starts, all most of the time the upload stuck and that sucks!

At the moment this host is a waste of time and waste of money if you buy a premium
