@ I think it's a bad idea to leave 5 or 10 seconds for a Free User, 30 and 45 seconds is a good idea.
@ Then reduce the download limit, 5000mb and 8000mb, 3000mb and 5000mb prefer, that's enough.
@ And "Speed Download for Free Unlimited Users are now", down to 300ko / s for the user and 500ko / s for the user record. With all his, you are maximizing the sales of premium account, but hey it's only my opinion.

if MD5 is the same our servers deletes the file, Md5 can be changed by renaming the file though.

i have replied you, replying again if you're facing any kind of problem regarding Remote upload please consider using direct upload.
the limits CC has kept seems more than fine to me since it can help you guys earn from PPS and at the same time it will also help the users without money to download ...@ cindy, download restriction for free users

and daily download limit it to 1 or 2GB day
so it would sell more premium

there was a little maintenance going on, we turned it off only for couple of seconds, please try now everything works fine on my end.
EDIT : Servers are on read only mode, Till our backup is complete

SOLVED BRO NOW
Everything is back to normal and everything is working great, my apologies for the recent interruption in uploading and it was because we take offsite backups normally but everything is working fine now and you shouldn't have anymore problems uploading now.
