You build it... Especially like the one you were asking about in the CB.
There are plenty of those, and surely some have been released.. Though that one looked particularly nice in comparison.

If only everything was so easy, huh?

In short you can't rip or copy a php script but you do have options.

Option 1
Hack the website and make a copy of it

Option 2
Contact the owner and offer to buy a copy

Option 3
Get a coder or experienced webmaster who could check the source code. If your lucky it's a free open source script powering the website like Wordpress with a free theme you can download and recreate the site. A few tweaks and plugins and you can have a near perfect clone.

Option 4
Hire an experienced coder to code the site from scratch reproducing it's features.

Option 5
Hire an inexperienced cheap coder on WJunction who scams you, create a drama thread and get given out to for trying to clone a website.
 
Was it just me who lol'd at option 1 he is asking how to clone a php script i don't really think he is capable of hacking a site to steal the script lol
