Firefox is some much better I tried Firefox 8.0.1 it sux so I am using Firefox 5.0.1
Chrome sux the aw snap error is really annoying & chrome opening a new process in the task manager for every new tap is just dumb slows down your computer if your using a slow computer

I admit Chrome is faster but it really isn't safe,, there are some rumours that google collect our data trial ( our most visited sites and other stuff) to increase their marketing and for contextual ad's( targeted ad's similar to our searches and other stuff we do on while browsing) Whereas firefox is open source and doesn't monitor and don't even give a shit. It's flexible and also best for coders ( as i know)

What a load of crap. What are you doing listening to rumors?
Firsts tests recently proved Google Chrome is the most secure browser. That's basically your whole argument out the window already.
Second FireFox is not best for coders. The pugins break constantly when you update. You have to install FireBug to edit stuff while Google Chrome has it all built in by default in the developer control. You can make offline apps for Chrome which allow you to work offline on your browser and their incredibly easy to make (I've made loads). Chrome has a far better HTML 5 and CSS 3 support which again is better for coders as it enables them to develop the latest features.
Third of all Google Chrome and Chromium is free and open source just like FireFox.
About collecting data all browsers collect basic data which they are allowed to under various international laws to help improve their products. It's not just browsers though. Facebook does as does WJunction, and even the porn sites you visit. You can opt out of these in the settings in Google Chrome. They are not allowed to collect your most visited sites like you claim but can however get the site if you allow error reports to be sent when a browser crashes. The problem occurs when sites collect data they shouldn't like the trouble their was with the iPhone and Android recording your location (won't comment further on this as they haven't being proved guilty). For another example take the time that Google modified their search results to prove that Microsoft was tracking users searches on Google to improve Bing. You can read more on that at http://searchengineland.com/google-bing-is-cheating-copying-our-search-results-62914

Never listen to rumors. Rely on facts only.

Both of FF and Chrome are my favourite list, but I recommend Chrome due to high speed more than FF. FF start so slow even if I don't install any addons. :))
