We ordered new servers and Datacenter said will be ready within 48 hours

Noone can enter your account and delete files only you can do it.
Make sure noone use your PC maybe u saved you login details and someone saw them
I really hope that the change of the server doesn't take a long time, because it's already a week that I can't use my rdp normally...I'm really tired <_<

We ordered new servers and Datacenter said will be ready within 48 hours
So now they should be ready, or almost... :D<3

US01 is not responding aswell. And they said they were serious about this.

I am very disappointed...
There is a serious problem in server US01, the system is infected and remote connection is impossible for the moment!
We asked the datacenter to reinstall the system as urgent solution. Also, We asked them to install it in the current system partition in order to avoid losing data.
For the new server, it will be ready tonight or tomorrow max and we will credit all users some days as a compensation (will decide later).
Hope all the problems will be resolved as soon as possible!
We apologize for any inconvience!
Edit: Unfortunatly, it's impossible to reload the system without formatting the primary drive! Therefore, the data located there will be lost!
