I search a little VPS with these details:

Ram: 512 MB
Space: 10GB
connection: 100mbit-1Gbps
Bandwidth: 20TB+
Tun/Tap: on
Location: NL,UA,RU

I would pay 10$. It would be fine if I can pay via Ukash or Paysafecard.

Many Hoster have Unmetered and they are cheaper then 10$ but Tun/Tap is not acitvated.

You will hardly find one with even 5 TB for that price.
The cheapest datacenter that offers total crap that I know is BurstNet, and even they do not have that much bandwidth.
