Where you live?

You cannot do anything about it.. Just get a VPN, make Sweden based PP account, use it.

You can receive money in it, then exchange it or spend it online.

*put some real addresses/zip/mobile etc
*verify it using VCC ($5-$10)
*dont log in to two paypal accounts, using one computer (even changing IP)

Hi,
Does this VPN method really work? I have friends overseas who told me they were having the same problem; they could not access some payment through their PayPal account. It’s a real shame for them since most of them work as freelancers.
With Fake addresses/ZIP Codes, etc., Won’t there be problems with PayPal in the long run?

I think method of tut2tut should work, but what to do in case if paypal will suspend accound for verification after some transactions and ask for some real data or some other provement?
