I've been looking for a real good admin and still no luck

Requirements:
phpBB experience.
Submit to DDL Sites (Daily). I will help too.
Update mods, add new features, etc...
Be active, at least 2 hours a day!
Check every singles post and links before submitting.
Help to find Uploaders and Moderators.
Don't worry about asking for a payment, because we are 100% ads free!
If some day we start making money I will share it. (70-30).
If you are really great I will let you place and ads on footer, and money from that ads will be yours (consider this as your payment).
Currently we are have having 2000 UV daily.
I will keep taking care of hosting and domain name, any other thing we may need to buy I will so don't worry about money. I just need someone with time and experience.
If you don't have time to spend on the site please do not apply, because lot of people has joined me but I had to remove them because there were doing nothing.
