They can't even post now as i have put random questions. So simply they can't register. I only want them to be removed from my guest list. Because they only come up with Registering in the Who's Online list. This might have bad effect on my forum.

Will banning their IP's will stop them from being even visiting the forum?? even as a guest, i don't want them.
