Can anyone suggest me good offshore dedicated hosting.

Hello Friends i want some suggestions from your side can you tell best offshore dedicated hosting's allowed warez i checked ease hosting and Santrex both are good but if we talk about reviews ease hosting has none reviews (nor good nor bad) and Santrex has mostly bad reviews, please suggest me one.

By Dedicated hosting do you mean dedicated server hosting ?
And may I know what are you planning to host ? Will it be hosting warez or warez linking websites ?
And any Budget ?

yes Dedicated Server Hosting, Not a warez bro actually it is nulled script which i want to host but some links to warez linking, my budget is 200$ Maximum.

And what kind of management are you looking for ? Will you manage your own server or want someone to manage it ?
And do you want to use cPanel or any free control panel since cPanel will cost you around 35$ /Month.

Management is not necessary if provided then i will apply but it will be in my budget and ofcourse cPanel is preferred because it is good one. also cPanel is included in 200 USD
