I know a little bit , hmmm can say i am not a beginner .

Sorry to go off topic but i wanted to know
Where can i find the console of c# . I studied it in my school so if some one could give a download link or some thing
 
I already worked on C# , C++ ,C and Created several Projects on them.
Currently Making some school level projects for kids, who dont wanna take a kick on there ASS in project period
 
I know a bit, I used it to make a very unstable multi threaded HF uploader once, but that's about it. I was thinking of learning it properly to write a pretty neat filehost manager program in it, but I've decided to go with java instead.
 
Had a C# course for 2 semesters at college so yeah I know how to code in it ;)

Edit: Only thing I still don't fully understand are delegates :P
 
Delegates describe functions, pretty much. They are used mostly for event related stuff. What exactly do you not understand about them?

9 C# coders so far. When are we gonna see more projects from y'all? :p
 
Ive learned some but not enough that I wanted to. I might go back and re tutorials, and stuff. Now with our new section hopefully Hyperz can post some good tutorials for those of us who are lazy to search google :D

Why? Especially for Windows development Java is inferior to C#. And now it's maintained by Oracle which won't do the language and community any good.

2 reasons - it's cross platform which you arguably can compensate with using wine, and secondly it's the language primarily used for my degree which I start in October and I'd like to get ahead. But I spent an hour or so researching stuff tonight and I might just go with C# as it looks a lot better than java and quicker to code with.
