I have 4+ accounts on Byse and only this one had this problem. This account is my newest, all accounts have 20TB of files (THE MAXIMUM). This account was starting to grow! I BOUGHT PREMIUM BANDWIDTH!
Please restore the account! Even without the files, I can upload them again.
