Dear Admin,
I wrote to you in support but you didn't respond, so I'll try here.
I have a problem when playing some videos, they just spin endlessly and nothing happens.
Can you somehow upload such records for me under deleted or error somewhere so I can know and replace everything with new links. This usually happens on series.

In my case, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are the strongest days, where I used to reach $13 or $15. During the week, I averaged between $9 and $10. However, between yesterday and the day before, I only made $6. I'm not sure if a campaign expired and the CPM dropped, or if there's an issue with the embeds. They seem to be working fine for me so far. Let's hope it's just temporary, or if it's an error, hopefully the admin can let us know.

More precisely, if 1 file is deleted from someone, is that file deleted from everyone? Because I see that my file takes up 0B.

Hello all, hello Byse team,
Is there any maintenance at this moment? I was reading few pages and cant find anywhere is written there is going to be maintenance?!?
Also, is it possible for maintenance to not to be during weekends when most people are online watching videos? We all have best days with earning on Friday,Saturday and Sunday.
I am receiving this message on player when I want to play a video:
Unable to load player
This video cannot be played as the server is currently in maintenance mode, please come back in few minutes...

Apparently, no upload server is available at the moment, at least according to the message in the Byse Dashboard, and uploads fail immediately in Zoom Uploader.

Anyone have problem with videos which were transferred and encoded, was playable and now they are again in tranfer process?
What exactly is going on? If videos were once transferred and encoded, why now again transfering?!!
I already published videos online for viewers to watch it, now I am having reports how videos are not working?
Where is a problem, and main question is, why transferring process again applied when videos were already transferred and encoded, and playable?

I wouldn't agree with you. I had close to 300 views being transferred at that point.
And the very thought of transferring over 500 links from the netu player to the BYSE every week instead of earning more and more means that my earnings either stand still or, like today, decline. Which makes no sense.
And I come across links to series where episodes 4, 5, 6 have over 6k views and episodes 1, 2 and 3 have 0 views. How is that possible? We all know that the first episodes have the most views compared to the last ones.
These are the reviews on the right.

Yeah i have that on mind, we are cooking pretty large update in background.
That is solved, we had overload and waited for new servers which were deployed during saturday.
Idk man you're faster than light speed : D It was down for like 30 seconds during reload of backend and you managed to find it out : P

Idk you're just one of a kind i must admit, there is no "views" counter in 100% earnings mode yet you switch from 100% to 0% load data that is not updated if you're in 100% earnings mode and come to complain : D
I love you for real, first one that actually reads what we write ! Huge respect my man.
Skip button configuration comes from VAST TAG which means this setting is basically useless as it relies on vast.xml from your adnetwork.
This was caused by overload, we've added more servers during Saturday which should solve that issue for a long time.
