dude why not just lie abt ur age and setup a paypal account. then verify using vcc. if u dont have any money in paypal to pay for vcc, get a friend to do it.....ur making it more complicated than it is. Im from Bangladesh. Paypal doesnt even accept my country but still many of us have paypal accounts. how do u think we gottem?
