I'm customer of Levac's RDP with 16 days downtime back in March.
Then .:KnowinGlenn:. took over Levac's business and offered this Premium USA RDP on premium price. I knew his own RDPs are cheaper and specifications are better, so I assumed that "Premium" means fast and reliable, with less users per server, and perhaps Levac still in charge of tech department.
I ordered the RDP on 08/04/2011 11:20. Instant setup, means you got your login details immediately. So far so good. 08/04/2011 12:32 I requested installation of essential programs. Without them RDP is useless to me. Got reply 2 days later, on 10/04/2011 00:43. Because I wasn't able to use the server for 2 days I missed my chance to request refund according their 24 hours return policy. That's OK, I didn't want refund, I wanted Levac's renown quality. But not all programs I requested were installed. So another tickets exchage followed. Finally I got the server in working condition 3 days after I got my login details. OK, money time finally, I was thinking. For the next 2 days I was the only user on this server. I was somehow disappointed of server perfomance though, especially compared to Levac's RDP superb perfomance, and with 10 more active users on Levac's RDP. Again here on this RDP I was alone. Not for long - 2 days later more users started to use the server - 2 or 3 active users at the same time. And then real problems started. 12/04/2011 02:39 Ticket ID: 695221 - Server is extremely slow - it takes 10 minutes to unrar 5MB file. The answer 21 hours later 12/04/2011 23:40 - Do you have the same problems? You bet I did. 14/04/2011 03:25 it takes 16 minutes to rar 700 MB file with 1 Winrar instance on Store settings. Actually it was much worse. Server was totally unusable. I posted screenshots here in this thread, you can check them out - I'm user Chris01 on the screenshot. No reply from their support, so I requested cancellation and refund: 14/04/2011 05:30 - Cancellation request.

You want to know what the answer was? Here it is: "Please think technically over it."
Then .:KnowinGlenn:. responded to my post in this thread - not to fix the server problem, but to scold me for my abusive language. Please note that this abusive language was pointed towards me, not anybody else - I'm saying that I'm stupid! But of course .:KnowinGlenn:. was right - nobody should use abusive language, cold facts only.
So that's my story. You judge for yourself.
PS I have screenshots and I can prove every timing mentioned here. I can prove every ticket too.
