Edit:- Is there any support guy alive ? i have very little issue and they are taking ages to reply, after LEVAC sold kaphosting new one support sucks :/

12 GB Ram
2x500 GB Raid 0- 2 Hard Drives
1 Gbit Dedicated Bandwidth
8 Users Per Server Only and 2 user per hard disk Technically..

What is happening on the vernon server? (I'm vernon15)
All of a sudden, upload speeds are down (very low) and the RDP is slow and also rar/unrar speeds have gone down considerably. It is now estimating about 2.5hours to rar 7.5GB whereas it usually takes 7-10 Minutes.

Plz help.
