ok i am replying here again, after seeing some of the comments :/
I have been using Levac's RDP for 4 months now , even before he made a thread here.
I can understand your concerns but rest assured you will have your complete 30 days i.e the downtime will be added up, so no money is wasted.
@DBM - Give me a break, I have been using s01 today, i can rar/unrar 3gb in 1 min 20 secs , if some other RDP provider gives a better performance, I myself will give u 100$ , I promise. So u need to step trolling.
@andrewmacatulad & kovic - Just wait for 1 more day i.e today .. since Levac is installing OS, you should receive details soon and when you do, you will have the privilege of working in an awesome Levac's server and I assure you, you WONT be disappointed. Dont take hasty decisions.
The past 10 days havent been smooth I agree, but it was purely due to datacenter's fault. Its not like Levac turned off the server did he ? Its not like you were getting pathetic dl/upl speeds or very slow rar/unrar were u ? Its not like you lost days becoz of the downtime. (Levac extended the date of expiry of all affected accounts)
Even the competitors respect and vouch for Levac's service, which I believe says in itself a lot. Have you seen even 1 customer saying - dl/upl speeds are slow or rar/unrar speeds sux ? (keep last 10 days aside, that was datacenter's fault)
All I am saying is, just wait for a day longer and you will happy you waited.

I was also on s03, so i exactly know how u feel, but Levac was out of country , thats y it got postponed. So, try to be patient, its just 1 day more

Good news, I'll be start sending information in a few minutes and as there are quite many accounts to be created and sent manually, it make take up to 2-3 hours to complete the whole process. I'll post another update when all accounts are sent. Thank you so much for your patience.

It's not a FS issue, no1 else is having issues with the site timing out.I've demoed other ppl just for it,even used some1 elses desktop via team viewer , it's not a FS issue.
And yes, the desktop was going slow earlier, i tried to open my folder and i noticed the speed difference, i got no reason to lie.
If i face issues i'll be vocal and speak on em

Indeed you should, but seeing as I was also using s01, the probs were only for 5 mins, I told roger, he restarted the server and everything was fine.

And im not attacking, it's just extremely frustrating.
Even with the current issues, i'll renew my account on the 15th.
EDIT:
Also LEVAC, can you test the new server to see if FS times out, and if it doesnt, can i purchase a slot if there are any available.

Im also a user there. When I put a FS link in Firefox address bar and hit enter/go it take few seconds to load the IDM download window or SOMETIMES "The connection has timed out" message comes.
I thought it was because of FS maintenance. But they finished the maintenance and this is still happening. I suspect this has something to do with that runddl error we get when logging to s01.
I know you got a lot on your plate right now. So its OK if you take time to look into this. Besides even it took some time to start the download, when it is downloading it goes very speed. So it doesn't bother me very much.
Last but not least Im extremely happy with the RDP. Speeds (both download and performance) are always same. If I have time to upload in future Im gonna renew my account for sure. Im not going anywhere else.
