Please install IDM Registered version and MediaInfo. Im Chris04. I already opened a ticket about this and Roger Davis said he will install them before system restart. (which was happened about 10 hours ago). But still not installed them. Setups are in my desktop.

About Rar/Unrar For start i think you should install winrar 4 (Install on mine please) because it claims more 30% speed over previous version, i have 3.91 version on my rdp

I dont know whats happening with rar/unrar because to extract 3.5gb sometimes take 2 minutes and sometimes take 25 minutes
To extract 6gb sometimes take 15 minutes and sometimes take more than a hour, so i hope you will fix this, because like this i dont know when i have to wait 1 hour to extract 6gb or 15 minutes.

Here some screens of other rdp 8GB ram company extracting and rar again 3.5 GB:

Besides a little slow on rar/unrar compares to the screen above i am liking very much your service... And if the rar/unrar were like screen above the rdp will be PERFECT, like this is almost perfect

Maybe you want to install ccleaner to users clean temporary files etc that turn slow the windows after some time

At first, both of you dint even cared to look down a bit? xD

You both have downloaded/saved your files under C Drive, which is the system drive not to be used by you guys. xD

Also, most of the clients don't read the mail carefully. If you would had then you would have seen this :

Well, thanks for the review b22c. And as I cleared my self I guess so you guys were downloading/saving/rar'ng/unrar'ng on the same disk. Here download speed doesn't matters but yes, saving/rar'ng/unrar'ng does. Two people doing the same process under a same disk which is reserved/used for/by the system which will obviously create problems for you guys.

PS: I have moved both of your files to your respective directories. Take care of that from next time.

We don't get 16 GB RAM as advertised in THIS THREAD and ORDER page. We get 12 GB RAM as advertised in BWV Website index page.

Also you mention the Processor as Intel Dual CPU Xeon 5320 in THIS THREAD and ORDER page. But we have Intel Quad Xeon E5520. So you guys might wanna amend that too.

Amend the OS and price too. We get Windows Server 2008. Not XP.

Thank you for your Review Harshadewa.

The first server has 16 GB Ram on it with Dual CPU but only 75 GB hard disk space and 8 users on a single hard drive.

The Fresh server stock which we are using now Have 12 GB Ram E5620 CPU, Windows 2008 as the OS and only 4 users per hard disk.

Also, You are not a buywindowsvps client directly, you were a KapHosting client and you get what was advertised. Please check your order email it will have the same specs as provided.

You should have checked about that then and there.

Anyways, regarding the advertising here and there of the server is different but not a lie. The server which we had at first was/is the same. This is the 2nd US server which you got. And as Glenn said, what was advertised in Kap's thread and site, you got the same.

Regarding the speed, it can't be that its a server problem if you are getting a max speed on downloading from MU and low on FS and FISO. I can't be sure but could be problem on their side. As yesterday FISO had some speed issues.

As this is a US server, you can't do much with Rapidshare but still its fine.

I couldn't watch the CuteFTP video still after removing the *.

PS: This was just an explanation to the above review.

You should change your download directory on IDM.

There you will find the option to save to your desired directory, choose your allotted drive in there and start downloading files. And yea, will do that in a bit.

This is what we prefer in order :

1. Zoom/File Uploader - Unbelievable Speeds!
2. CuteFTP Uploader - Better Speeds!
3. FileZilla Uploader - Good Speeds!

Yes, it has been installed already.
