No. You get pay per download and pay per sales in the same time, you don't have to chose. You are paid per downloads plus 25% from premium sales.

Yes we can pay with alertpay. You will find in "my account" under configuration the "payment info". Put there your alertpay id and in the right select alterpay from the dropdown, then click "save settings". After that you can request your payout
Also you can upgrade your account to premium from with your earning. You can convert $5 to 30 days premium (a 30 days account is $9, but the uploaders have discount)
start uploading first and you will get your premium for sure
