Our datacenter were AZ Node is at will begin the migration on February 13, and it will conclude no later than March 7. During this time you will experience no more than 10 minutes of downtime. The process to make this migration happen is literally unplugging the servers from the current switch to the new one which is already racked with duplicated configuration. The 10 minute expectation is building in a sizable buffer.
Once the migration is complete, you will no longer have to question the stability of your service with us, and can rest easy knowing your data will be supported by a bullet proof, state-of-the-art network.
