@People who submitted a ticket regarding refunds.
Unfortunately, due to all of your liking to submit the tickets when I'm the only person on (I can't send out refunds, due to the fact of permissions, etc.)
We have been getting everything situated & when you request a refund, your services are turned off.
I've answered all the tickets before I went to bed last night & we are starting to answer tickets now.
Don't say we're not giving people refunds, we've already refunded nearly 20 clients (from my point of view, this isn't counting paypal clients) at the moment. Just be patient with us.

Yeah, what you "See" the people requesting refunds & have not received them are because they have been held off to the morning (Today)
