I requested refund yesterday and this is what I got today "An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found."

So where to go now? PayPal?
 
Did anyone of you raised a ticket , as i said , they will all be answered ? we only get some tickets to answer atm , so i guess Wj is not out support forum guys its better to raise a ticket , so that we can over view it ? Am not being rude but bare with us please ! Kindly use ticket support system so that we can solve it .

i already said many times ago that i already submitted a ticket to them but still no response! :facepalm:

I was billed twice for December. Ive Pm's Several Boxslots members of staff on here yesturday. Ive also made a support ticket about 15hours ago. Please can I get any kind of reply for ANY member of boxslots? Im my PM's and my support ticket i Provided paypal Transaction ID's. 2 of them

Any words from any members of boxslots would be nice. even if it just a "we got your ticket" or "yes we know you paid twice and you are not getting a refund"

So at least I know when I stand.

Bharat is around but poor guy cant do it all alone..... Request the staff here for the unban of rk, he will give you all the stuff you want after all he is the owner of BS. This would be the best solution.

PM Hawk. They were given 24 hours to refund everyone who requested as far as I remember. It was like err 24 hours ago?

Well , is there anything to do with you with this thread or Boxslots , all refunds are already being taken care off , only this Jbisana left i guess due to lack of conversation or something like that , so please don't get into someone's else business , so that it will be more clear . I better suggest you to handle your KnownSRV thread Please .

Krun!x is risking himself a Ban.... one host is not supposed to indulge in other host's matters. If you are a customer then only give your say.

My signature is disabled. It means I'm posting as a member. In fact, I'm a member in the first place.

There is nothing wrong in helping members to get a refund, majority of them didn't get a refund from what I see here.

WJ staff were nice enough not to ban every single tech after rickie(as the owner) was having dupe accounts and slandering other hosts.
 
@People who submitted a ticket regarding refunds.
Unfortunately, due to all of your liking to submit the tickets when I'm the only person on (I can't send out refunds, due to the fact of permissions, etc.)

We have been getting everything situated & when you request a refund, your services are turned off.

I've answered all the tickets before I went to bed last night & we are starting to answer tickets now.

Don't say we're not giving people refunds, we've already refunded nearly 20 clients (from my point of view, this isn't counting paypal clients) at the moment. Just be patient with us.

Yeah, what you "See" the people requesting refunds & have not received them are because they have been held off to the morning (Today)

Okay thanks I've got my refunds. Probably due to recent maintenance the Paypal API is failing and the refund that Issued got holdback (according to rick)

Ask Mods the real reason why rk-boxslots was banned , its a miracle boxslots ain't blacklisted yet over here xD

@ Those saying to open tickets instead , take some time & read the replies from the customers , most of their tickets were closed/deleted/no replies which is why they posted here .

I guess a MOD can create a separate thread where users who can't access their billing area etc to ask for refund as nearly every post in this topic since a few days is the same thing

I have answered all the tickets that I can, the only way I see tickets that would be closed were people requesting a refund & they received their refund. If your ticket was closed.. Just make a new one. Tickets will be re-answered in 1-2 hours, I can't do it at this time since I am not at home.

Please bare with us guy's, you're tickets will be answered :)
